While we meticulously craft every order with the precision of a championship swimmer’s stroke, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. Here’s our streamlined returns process to get you back in the water quickly.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your gear should fit like a second skin – if it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and performance integrity, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Competition Swimwear (worn or with tags removed)
  • Goggles (for hygiene reasons)
  • Headwear (swim caps, etc.)
  • Any item showing signs of wear or improper use

Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary details:

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:

  • Return shipping address (37675 Fremont Boulevard, Fremont, US 94536)
  • Required packaging (original packaging preferred)
  • Recommended shipping method (tracked service strongly advised)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Requests

Need a different size or color? Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating your exchange preference in your email. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item, with standard shipping fees applying to the new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your gear arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns Note

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using the original shipping carrier (DHL/FedEx/EMS)
  • Declare the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties
